Refund Policy – Print N Stick (Nepal)
All products at Print N Stick are custom-made. Refunds are only available under limited conditions.
We provide refund or free reprint if:
• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong item is delivered
• Printing defect from our side
We do not provide refunds if:
• Incorrect design, size, or details were provided by the customer
• Design was approved before printing
• Minor color differences occur (screen vs print variation)
📸 To request a refund/reprint:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
💰 Payment Refund Method:
• E-Sewa / Khalti payments will be refunded to the same account
• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving any refund.
